Mountain Rescue - Radical new kit?

Couldn't resist posting this picture of the North East Wales Search and Rescue team (NEWAR)

Rumours that they were demonstrating new MRT procedure for the forthcoming Naked Munro Bagger Three Peaks Challenge have yet to be substantiated by my usual sources.
