2008: Blogs & the 'traditional' press (Impact)
Some feedback courtesy of Podcast Bob at The Outdoors Station adding to earlier thoughts on the potential Blog/Podcast audience as compared to print media.
Bob's free podcasts have a regular monthly audience of approx 60,000. And given the nature of that media, and the way in which it is accessed, that really does mean 60,000 listeners rather than someone just flicking through a magazine.
As a comparison - that beats any of the Top Ten programmes aired by cable TV 'Men & Motors' a couple of week's ago.
And an audience that has continued to grow over the last couple of years.Labels: blog media, podcasts
